In order to get the most out of your sessions you need the following:
1. Honesty : You need to be honest with your psychologist but most importantly with yourself.
2. Have an Open mind and leave expectation behinds: You need to be open to discuss or talk about things that might be hurting you or hurt you in the past. I know is difficult, but in order to heal we need to be open to express our real feelings and at the same time, open mind to try new things or new techniques. We can not expect to have different results doing the same thing over and over again. You may be certain that X or Y is what’s holding you back, only to discover that Z is the root problem that needs attention first.
3 Punctuality and Your best effort: If you want to make a real change in your life, you need to make your best effort. In our sessions the most important person is you! So you need to make a good impression with yourself! Be on time, in a quiet and private place, have your notebook and pen with you. This is a journey about you and you only, so make the time and space that you deserve.
4. Phone, tablet or computer: we can have our sessions through whatsapp video call, Skype, messenger or zoom. You choose which one is better for you.
